| Notes |
- 'ba' is a question marker too, but carries a different meaning as in 'ma' question. 'ba' is a suggestive, something the speaker guesses or assumes.
- When 'nálǐ rén' is asked, it usually refers to which part of a country the person is from. This is similar to '...shì zài ... chūshéng de' (...to be born in ...')
