| Notes |
- 'yùndòng' can be a noun or a verb. In 'Ní xǐhuān shénme yùndòng?', it is a noun, while in 'Nǐ chángcháng yùndòng ma?', it is a verb.
- 'duànliàn' literally means 'to cultivate the body'.
